The same exercises naked ballet dancer in the ballet.

A pintail. Spread your legs apart, and while your back straight, bend your knees. Do 25 repetitions each time. The over time to build the muscles of the thighs.

So, go on tiptoe to repeat that 25 repetitions at a time. The strengthening of the calf muscles.

Earn both ankles.

Go to a website for the year of ballet or a ballet class for beginners. Who will help.

Climbing stairs. To squat on one leg - on a chair for balance.
Sprints. The bicycle.

Weightlifting, if you can be at a gym - squats, lunges, extensions of the leg.
