Do I have to cut all my hair off if I want locs? - hair locs
I did not get locks for some time, and I wonder if I should cut your hair first? African American, and I'm very fine and curly hair. Simply loosening the curls frizz, but I use a bi-monthly. Please Only with PPL locs hairdressers or opinions. Thank you!

Personally I can not do, however, roll torsion forums. Twist coils can be used to introduce forums, but I suggest you go to a beauty salon or a natural loctician (a professional beauty who is an expert in Congress) and must begin with you. If you do not see (your money, how expensive they can try to be), there are plenty of youtube videos show how to start and maintain locomotives on YouTube.
